Danielle Helberg began her career as a CPA and Auditor with Grant Thornton, a global CPA firm. She later transitioned from practicing accounting to recruiting accountants, a move that took her from her native Oregon to her current home in Utah. Recruiting aligned with two of her core values—helping others and making an impact—and quickly became her professional passion.

As Practice Leader for Accounting and Finance at Praxt, Danielle brings broad recruiting experience across industries and skill sets nationwide. She excels at connecting candidates with meaningful opportunities and guiding clients through important hiring decisions. Her work makes a difference in both the professional and personal lives of the people she supports.

Austin Craig brings nearly a decade of experience in staffing and business development, with a strong background in recruitment and sales. He has partnered with organizations across the United States to address complex hiring needs and deliver effective workforce solutions.

Austin serves as Practice Leader for the Business Development Team at Praxt. He leads business development efforts, focusing on client partnerships, growth strategy, and tailored staffing solutions that align with business goals.
Outside of Praxt, Austin is an avid mountain biker, youth sports coach, and a proud husband and father of two.

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Pam Clawson is a seasoned Executive Recruiter with over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and executive search. Known for her strategic approach and deep industry insights, Pam has successfully placed top-tier candidates in a variety of professional positions across various sectors, including technology, professional services, private equity and manufacturing.  She has successfully partnered with organizations, ranging from small scale startups to Fortune 500 companies, to fill both domestic and international roles. 

With a background in both corporate HR and recruitment consulting, Pam brings a comprehensive understanding of organizational dynamics and leadership needs. Her combination of experience, strategic vision, and leadership in building successful recruiting teams makes Pam a trusted partner for organizations seeking to elevate their talent and achieve long-term success. 

Pam holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree from the University of Utah. Additionally, she is actively involved in community efforts and has served on many non-profit boards. She enjoys building long term relationships and making lasting connections.
